2006 California Media Arts Competition Graphic Design Merit Award Recipient

Regina's illustration "Victorinox" created in Adobe Illustrator from the Fall 2006 DA135 Intro to Adobe Illustrator class with instructor Lori Sineri was awarded the Design Merit Award in the Illustration Category.

The Multimedia & Entertainment Initiative has concluded judging of entries in its seventh annual Media Arts Award Competition that recognizes outstanding student work in 14 categories of media arts. The almost 400 entries have been screened by 50 faculty and judged by another 50 industry professionals.

The ballots have been counted and the results are in. At the Media Arts Showcase held simultaneously in Anaheim and Santa Clara on March 22, 50 awards and $20,000 in software prizes were presented to students in the 2007 competition. Here are the final results:
